So he fails to mention:
EVEN if you score in high 700,s
you are not getting approved for anything anyway because you are max out with debt. Called dEBT to income ratio:

@faiqamuneer1307 says:

2 questions
1. How long does it take for late payment to go away from credit report automatically?

2. Is there a way to get late payment and charge off removed. How long it stays on the credit report.

3 so if this is not my option then. Shall I seek to get fresh personal loan and pay off my credit cards? Or there is some other solution

@timdawg2801 says:

Question. So I’m up to date, on everything. I am considering a settlement but I don’t plan on stopping my payments until it’s settled so there won’t be any late payments. It’s a significant drop and would save about $40k over the course of. Would that help until the settlement goes through to my current creditors?

@josephamundson2104 says:

Guardian litigation group promises to change all the late and missed payment remarks on my credit report to “payed as negotiated” or something like that. Basically changing the remark from something negative to something neutral or not negative. This is the reason I decided to go with them. Does this sound possible?

@MrStarofTruth says:

i get retirement and i enrolled in a debt program and they takes half of my retirement monthly should i be in a debt program ..

@florencioperez5560 says:

You really just said…if you want to pay off all your debts, that is the noble thing to do but it’s not going to help your credit score. ‘1:502:07’ That actually lower your debt to income ration and will in fact increase your credit score.

And still pay monthly payments for 2-4 years during the process until accounts are settled. ‘5:365:53

So stop paying them, pay a scammer and might save $500 (after 2-4 years of still paying) but interest fees will eat up that savings. ‘4:535:36

And your credit score will still be garbage for 1+ years. ‘6:046:15

Do not do a debt relief program. It’s a scam!

I’m glad I found your videos because I was about to do it. Thank you brother

@nikkiedwards7475 says:

So if you have extra money, is it best to put it towards the creditors instead of national debt relief?

@derrickdunklin says:

@thecreditelect when giving that settlement equation check your math. Good video but clean that up brother
