We are witnessing the fall of the middle class. As the fed begins to raise interest rates and the costs to borrow money increases we will see more people and more families reliant on their credit cards. As this begins to happen, more people will begin to default on their payments pushing people into a period in which they will have to either sell their homes, cars or assets in order to make ends meet. We are witnessing the collapse of the middle class.
My suggestion here is to reduce your monthly expenses as it pertains to monthly interest rates that are being charged by lending institutions and instead invest that money into long term assets such as great stocks or perhaps real estate.

John any comments on the crash of crypto currency FTX. Lot people lost money including sponsorships with NBA teams Miami heat and golden state warriors. Ur channel was continue to promote crypto but people should have seen this happen without regulation. There were other people taking out money before the crash. Sounded like a great big ponzi scam. They were using money to crash other crypto currency exchanges.

If you take a loan today at 15%, it will be free money a year from now. We will have a bout of deflation as everyone scrounges for cash with lending drying up, but they will print as the economy collapses, leading to hyperinflation. This is the way it ALWAYS happens. We just have the privilege of using a currency that has been used worldwide to a massive extent, and is now being abandoned, so the flood of dollars is amplified all the more. Even if they Fed didn't print we would still get hyperinflation.

Very informative as usual. Thank you. That $11,500 more per year is also an after-tax amount which makes it more painful. Plus, home owners' insurance skyrocketed this year. Yes, very hard, esp for seniors on fixed incomes. I have seen this in my neighborhood. Inflation is really hurting them badly.
