The lender has no choice; they are not legally allowed to say “no, you’re mentally disabled-I can’t lend to you”
He must have gotten the paperwork together in order to get a payday loan-and you need a lot of documentation to secure a loan
People are well-informed of the interest rates and these people are notoriously bad risks which is why no bank will touch them

45k high interest loans with 15k salary in Vancouver does sound like a nightmare
no disrespect to him but should do an inclusive interview with his said Woman, but i wonder what kind of Experiences costed 45k within a year. thats 3.75k a month i think, im not good with the math.
