Good day, I was enrolled to your services since July 01, 2021, but apparently, the debt collectors are still contacting me and forcing me to pay, even though I already said that I was enrolled to your program, I hope you reach on them or notify them as well to lessen the harassment. They even disclosed the rule of privacy saying or telling my relative to asked me to update my payment.. please help me with this.
