Oh my word this has been absolutely incredible.. this is my second meditation.. I did the womb healing a few days ago.. both have blew my mind.. today I’ve done this laying out in my garden in the beautiful sunshine amongst nature here in Ireland. Is it normal to cry/sob through most of the session? And how many times is it recommended to listen to this meditation which I found extremely beautiful.
