But if you or someone you know has student loan debt there are some things you need to do right now in order to tackle this debt and knock it out as soon as possible. So much for Student Loan forgiveness.

I have $100k in student loans and I make $25k a year so… suicide is my repayment plan.
I’m on of those people who kept paying. I’m a masters prepared registered nurse. I had $62,000 worth of student loans. During the pandemic I got a side hustle ( second job) and paid the whole thing off. I had about $30,000 left when the pandemic started, so that 0% interest was very helpful in me attacking the principle. I know others that did not and just used that time to buy cars and take vacations. ( Florida was open). Now they are adjusting to the fact that they are going to be paying their student loans with new debt as well. SMH
My daughter just applied to Virginia Tech and the University of Virginia, up in your neck of the woods. She wants to study chemical engineering. Even with her $130K in 529 savings, she will probably end up taking on debt.
I have been helping my daughter pay her 29.200.00 back we started in May we pay every week on the principal, so far as of today 8/10 /22 it's now, 26.700.00 , so thank you to ALL the TAXPAYERS!!! Joseph and his daughter thank you ALL!!! Thank YOU! Ps. We don't plan on every doing this again.
Luckily for me, I'm too cool for school
time to pay the piper!
